Nijinski Blini

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Nijinski Blini features 1 oz vodka, 2 oz pureed peaches and 1/2 oz lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 oz pureed peaches
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 splash peach schnapps
  • 1 splash chilled Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients over some crushed ice in a champagne flute.
  2. Stir gently, and serve.

Serve In

Champagne Flute
