Coconut Brandy Bowl

The Coconut Brandy Bowl starts with brandy and finishes rich and creamy. At 4 ingredients, it hits the sweet spot between simple and interesting.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz banana liqueur
  • 2 large coconuts
  • 3 – 4 oz crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Slice off the eyes of the coconuts; drain and save the milk.
  2. Gouge out the meat of the coconuts; saving as much milk from that as possible.
  3. Combine the brandy, banana liqueur, and all the coconut milk in a blender with the crushed ice.
  4. Blend at a high speed for 15 seconds.
  5. Serve the drink in the two coconut shells.
