Zesty and Medium to prepare, the Pacific Sunshine features 1 1/2 oz tequila, 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur and 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1 dash bitters

Instructions

  1. Mix with cracked ice and pour made with ice, into a chilled parfait or hurricane glass with a salted rim.
  2. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Serve In

Hurricane Glass
