Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Parrot Perch features 1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay coconut rum, 1/2 oz Bols® triple sec and 1 banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay coconut rum
  • 1/2 oz Bols® triple sec
  • 1 banana
  • 3 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz banana syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour liquor, juice and syrup into a blender.
  2. Add a sliced banana and ice.
  3. Blend for 45 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Serve in a hurricane glass.
