A luscious recipe for Passion Cocktail made with coconut rum, white rum, sweet and sour mix, pineapple juice, Sprite® soda and sugar.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz coconut rum
1 1/2 oz white rum
6 oz cold sweet and sour mix
6 oz cold pineapple juice
1 splash cold Sprite® soda
1 tsp sugar
Method:
Add the coconut rum, white rum and sugar to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass. Fill with equal amounts of sour mix and pineapple juice, pre-chilled. Top with Sprite, and serve.
