Peach Melba

The Peach Melba dessert was created by Auguste Escoffier in 1892 for opera singer Dame Nellie Melba. This drink version blends peach nectar, vanilla ice cream, fresh peach slices, and blackberries into a dessert shake that honors the original’s flavors — peach, vanilla, and berry. A drinkable tribute to one of history’s greatest chefs.

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
