Pineapple Banana Refresher

This indulgent recipe combines 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz creme de bananes and 4 oz pineapple juice into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz creme de bananes
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz pineapple sherbet

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, and pour into a highball glass.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a slice of banana, and serve.

Serve In
