A rich and sweet drink made with elegant brandy, the Pompeii blends 1 oz brandy, 3/4 oz white creme de cacao and 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 oz brandy
- 3/4 oz white creme de cacao
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1 oz double cream
Instructions
- Shake and strain into a cocktail saucer.
- Sprinkle with almond flakes, and serve.
