A tantalizing recipe for Pousse Cafe a la Francaise made with Green Chartreuse®, maraschino liqueur, cherry brandy and Kummel® caraway liqueur.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz cherry brandy
1/2 oz Kummel® caraway liqueur
Method:
Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass. Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon. Do the same with the cherry brandy, and then again with the kummel. Serve.
