Rob Roy

Scotch whisky and sweet vermouth might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Rob Roy makes it work — layered and aromatic from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
  • 3/4 oz sweet vermouth

Instructions

Stir ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
