Slippery Surprise

A rich and smoky drink with peaty Scotch, the Slippery Surprise blends 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky, 1/2 oz creme de bananes and 2 oz peach juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
  • 1/2 oz creme de bananes
  • 2 oz peach juice
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz passion-fruit juice

Instructions

  1. Shake with three-quarters of a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a wine goblet.
  2. Garnish with a slice of fruit, add straws, and serve.
