A gratifying recipe for Valencia #2 made with apricot brandy, orange juice, orange bitters and Champagne.
Ingredients:
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 oz fresh orange juice
2 dashes orange bitters
Champagne
Method:
Shake the apricot brandy, orange juice and bitters with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne, garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
