A yummy recipe for Waikiki Beach made with white rum, amaretto almond liqueur, coconut cream, pineapple juice, whipping cream and passion-fruit juice.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz whipping cream
1 oz passion-fruit juice
Method:
Rim a wine goblet with egg white and sweet grated coconut. Shake ingredients, strain into the glass, and serve.
