Waverunner

The Waverunner is a sparkling and elegant drink that balances Absolut® Citron vodka, sweet and sour mix, and sugar beautifully. Served in a Cocktail Glass, it's the kind of recipe you'll come back to.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Absolut® Citron vodka
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 lemons wedges
  • 1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
  • 4 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except champagne) with ice.
  2. Strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass.
  3. Top with champagne.
  4. Squeeze and drop another wedge of lemon into the drink.
  5. (the other two should still be in the tin).

Serve In

Cocktail Glass
