A great recipe for Madeleine made with Passoa® liqueur, gin, coconut liqueur and pineapple juice.
Ingredients:
2 cl Passoa® liqueur
1 cl gin
1 cl coconut liqueur
12 cl pineapple juice
Method:
Shake all ingredients with four ice cubes, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
