A great recipe for Afghan Monkey made with Malibu® coconut rum, Midori® melon liqueur, banana liqueur, Blue Curacao liqueur, whipped cream, pineapple juice and cherry.
Ingredients:
1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
3/4 oz banana liqueur
3/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz whipped cream
fill with pineapple juice
1 cherry
Method:
Pour ingredients over ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
