Lilly Pad

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Lilly Pad features 2 oz Malibu® coconut rum, 2 oz Midori® melon liqueur and 4 oz pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
  • 2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour the Malibu rum and Midori melon liqueur into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Fill with pineapple juice, and stir well.
  3. Float the blue curacao on top.
  4. Cut a lime slice in the shape of a lilly pad and place on top, placing a small gummy frog candy on top of that to finish, and serve.
