Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Lilly Pad features 2 oz Malibu® coconut rum, 2 oz Midori® melon liqueur and 4 oz pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
- 2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur
Instructions
- Pour the Malibu rum and Midori melon liqueur into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
- Fill with pineapple juice, and stir well.
- Float the blue curacao on top.
- Cut a lime slice in the shape of a lilly pad and place on top, placing a small gummy frog candy on top of that to finish, and serve.
