A tantalizing recipe for Anesthetic made with gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, cognac, orange bitters and sugar.
Ingredients:
3 oz gin
1 oz dry vermouth
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz cognac
1 dash orange bitters
sugar
Method:
Pour gin, vermouth, cognac and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Add sugar to taste, garnish with lemon peel, and serve.
