The Aperitivo does one thing well: botanical with a clean edge. Made with gin, white sambuca, and es orange bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 oz gin
- 3/4 oz white sambuca
- 3 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
- Pour gin, sambuca and bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve.
