Pick-Me-Up

This tart recipe combines 3/4 – 1 oz brandy, 1 dash grenadine syrup and 1 dash sugar syrup into a Advanced-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 – 1 oz brandy
  • 1 dash grenadine syrup
  • 1 dash sugar syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura® bitters
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.

Serve In
