Built with apple brandy, carbonated water, and 1 twist lemon peel, the Apple Brandy Highball is a layered drink that lets each ingredient shine. Best served in a Highball Glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz apple brandy
  • carbonated water
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Pour apple brandy over ice cubes in a highball glass.
  2. Fill with carbonated water and stir.
  3. Add a twist of lemon peel on top and serve.
  4. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred)
