Apple Granny Crisp

Apple schnapps and brandy might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Apple Granny Crisp makes it work — velvety smooth from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz apple schnapps
  • 1/2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz Irish cream
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 crackers
  • 1/2 oz whipped cream
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend well, and pour into a cocktail glass.
  3. Add whipped cream, dust with cinnamon, and serve.

Serve In
