Apple Knocker

A elegant drink with bright and citrus-forward character, the Apple Knocker is made with vodka, apple cider, and lemon juice. Nothing more, nothing less.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 2 tbsp apple cider
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp strawberry liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour the vodka, apple cider, lemon juice and strawberry liqueur into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve In
