Bahamas Highball

Gin and French vermouth might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Bahamas Highball makes it work — herbaceous from start to finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz French vermouth
  • tonic water

Instructions

  1. Stir in a highball glass and fill with tonic water.
  2. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
