A mouthwatering recipe for Banana Punch #2 made with water, sugar, bananas, orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice and ginger ale.
7 cups water
3 1/2 cups sugar
5 mashed bananas
6 cans frozen orange juice concentrate
6 cans frozen lemonade concentrate
46 oz pineapple juice
1 qt ginger ale
Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Cool and add the remaining ingredients except ginger ale. Freeze. Remove from freezer 2 to 3 hours before serving. Mix with ginger ale. Float assorted fruit in punch bowl. Vodka could also be added.
