A great recipe for Barbados Punch made with spiced rum, triple sec, lime juice and pineapple juice.
Ingredients:
1 oz spiced rum
1/4 oz triple sec
1 oz lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Method:
Blend with 1 cup of ice until smooth and pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a lime slice and a pineapple wedge.
