A tantalizing recipe for Benka on the Rocks made with whiskey, lemon juice and ginger ale.
Ingredients:
4 oz whiskey
2 oz lemon juice
10 oz chilled ginger ale
Method:
Pour the whiskey and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass. Fill with chilled ginger ale, and serve.
