A refreshingly tart drink featuring botanical gin, the Highland Cooler blends 1 oz Scotch whisky, 2 dashes Angostura® bitters and 1 oz fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Scotch whisky
- 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 4 oz ginger ale
Instructions
- Pour the Scotch whisky, Angostura bitters, orange juice and sugar into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Fill with ginger ale, and serve.
