Bitter Christina

Dry vermouth and sloe gin stirred with Pisang Ambon — a bright green Indonesian banana liqueur — then topped with bitter lemon soda. The result is an unlikely combination of berry, banana, and bitter citrus that somehow balances into a tall, refreshing drink with serious complexity.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Martini & Rossi® dry vermouth
  • 1 oz sloe gin
  • 4 oz Schweppes® bitter lemon soda
  • 1 splash Pisang Ambon® liqueur

Instructions

  1. Pour Martini & Rossi Dry Vermouth into a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Add sloe gin and Pisang Ambon.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Fill with Schweppes bitter lemon, and serve.

Serve In
