Vodka and grapefruit juice over ice with a float of Campari. The grapefruit and Campari are natural partners — both bitter, both citrusy — and the vodka provides a clean canvas. Think of it as a simplified Paloma cousin with an Italian accent. The Campari turns it pink and adds an herbal edge.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Campari® bitters
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
Instructions
- Pour the vodka and grapefruit juice into an old-fashioned or rocks glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well, add Campari, and serve.
