The Italian Greyhound is a bold cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz Campari® bitters and 5 oz grapefruit juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Campari® bitters
- 5 oz grapefruit juice
Instructions
- Stir the vodka and grapefruit juice together in a highball glass.
- Float the Campari over a barspoon onto the top, and serve.
