Bonfire

Dessert-like and Easy to prepare, the Bonfire features 1/2 oz grenadine syrup, 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur and 1/2 oz 151 proof rum.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 1/2 oz 151 proof rum

Instructions

  1. Layer this drink!
  2. Grenadine first, Amaretto next, and 151 on top.
  3. Light the 151 and let it warm for about 3 seconds.
  4. Blow (lightly) to put the flame out and take the shot.

Serve In
