Bourbon Swizzle

A delightful recipe for Bourbon Swizzle made with lime juice, superfine sugar, bourbon whiskey, bitters, crushed ice and club soda.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 dash bitters
crushed ice
3 oz club soda

Method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the lime juice, sugar, bourbon, and bitters. Shake well. Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice. Stir until glass is frosted. Strain the mixture in the shaker into the glass and add the club soda.

Serve in:
Collins Glass
