Zesty and Advanced to prepare, the Brandy Swizzle features 1 1/2 oz lime juice, 1 tsp superfine sugar and 2 oz brandy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 dash bitters
- crushed ice
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the lime juice, sugar, brandy, and bitters.
- Shake well.
- Almost fill a collins glass with crushed ice and stir until glass is frosted.
- Strain the mixture in the shaker into the glass and add the club soda.
