Zesty and Medium to prepare, the Brandy Fizz features 2 1/2 oz brandy, 1 oz lemon juice and 1 tsp superfine sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 oz club soda
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Add the club soda.
- Stir well.
