Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 oz club soda
Instructions
- Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Add the club soda, stir well, and serve.
