A tantalizing recipe for Brief Encounter made with peach schnapps, coconut liqueur, orange sherbet and grenadine syrup.
Ingredients:
1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz coconut liqueur
1 scoop orange sherbet
1 dash grenadine syrup
Method:
Combine the sherbet, peach schnapps and coconut liqueur in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and drizzle with grenadine. Garnish with lemon slices, and serve.
