Bushranger

The Bushranger is a tangy cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz light rum, 1/2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth and 1 dash bitters.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Dubonnet, and bitters.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
