Cafe Caen

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Cafe Caen features 1 oz Calvados® brandy, 1/4 – 3/4 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur and 1 cup hot coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Calvados® brandy
  • 1/4 – 3/4 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 oz lightly whipped cream
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat liquors in a heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour in the hot coffee, stir, and top with cream.
  3. Add sugar, and serve.

Serve In
