A tantalizing recipe for Canadian Daisy made with Canadian whisky, brandy, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and soda water.
Ingredients:
2 oz Canadian whisky
1 tsp brandy
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raspberry syrup
4 oz soda water
Method:
Pour the whisky, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Fill with sparkling water. Float the brandy on top. Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve.
