The Canadian Daisy is zesty, clean-tasting, and exactly as good as you want it to be. 5 ingredients, one great drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Canadian whisky
- 1 tsp brandy
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raspberry syrup
- 4 oz soda water
Instructions
- Pour the whisky, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Fill with sparkling water.
- Float the brandy on top.
- Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve.
