Zesty and Medium to prepare, the Canario features 1 1/2 oz pisco brandy, 1 1/2 oz mandarin juice and 1 tsp pineapple syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz pisco brandy
- 1 1/2 oz mandarin juice
- 1 tsp pineapple syrup
- 1/4 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.
