Canario

Zesty and Medium to prepare, the Canario features 1 1/2 oz pisco brandy, 1 1/2 oz mandarin juice and 1 tsp pineapple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz pisco brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz mandarin juice
  • 1 tsp pineapple syrup
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp caster sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.
