A tempting recipe for Canario made with pisco brandy, mandarin juice, pineapple syrup, lime juice and caster sugar.

1 1/2 oz pisco brandy
1 1/2 oz mandarin juice
1 tsp pineapple syrup
1/4 oz lime juice
1 tsp caster sugar

Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
