The Caribbean Champagne does one thing well: effervescent with a clean edge. Made with white rum, creme de bananes, and chilled Champagne.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp white rum
- 1/2 tsp creme de bananes
- 5 1/2 oz chilled Champagne
Instructions
- Pour the white rum and creme de bananes into a champagne flute.
- Fill with champagne, and stir lightly.
- Garnish with a slice of banana, and serve.
