Caribbean Champagne

The Caribbean Champagne does one thing well: effervescent with a clean edge. Made with white rum, creme de bananes, and chilled Champagne.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp white rum
  • 1/2 tsp creme de bananes
  • 5 1/2 oz chilled Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour the white rum and creme de bananes into a champagne flute.
  2. Fill with champagne, and stir lightly.
  3. Garnish with a slice of banana, and serve.

Serve In
