A gratifying recipe for Cat and Fiddle made with Canadian whisky, Cointreau® orange liqueur, Pernod® licorice liqueur and Dubonnet® Blanc vermouth.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur
1 tsp Dubonnet® Blanc vermouth
Method:
Pour Canadian whisky, Cointreau, Pernod and Dubonnet Blanc into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
