Built with Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth, brandy, and Pernod® licorice liqueur, the Phoebe Snow is a spirit-forward drink that lets each ingredient shine. Best served in a Cocktail Glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
- 1 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur
Instructions
- Pour the Dubonnet, brandy and Pernod into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, and stir well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
