Phoebe Snow

A tantalizing recipe for Phoebe Snow made with Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth, brandy and Pernod® licorice liqueur.

Ingredients:
2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
1 1/2 oz brandy
1 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur

Method:
Pour the Dubonnet, brandy and Pernod into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
