Chilcano de Pisco

This tart recipe combines 2 oz Peruvian Pisco brandy, 1 tsp lemon juice and 4 – 6 oz ginger ale into a Easy-to-make drink.

  • 2 oz Peruvian Pisco brandy
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 – 6 oz ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Pour the Peruvian Pisco into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Add a spoonful of lemon juice, then fill with ginger ale.
  3. Serve.
