Brandy Punch

There's something satisfying about a well-made Brandy Punch. This herbaceous version uses brandy, dark rum, and lemon juice for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Ingredients

  • 50 cl brandy
  • 12 cl dark rum
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 20 cl water
  • 30 cl dry ginger ale
  • 1 sliced orange
  • 1 tbsp pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all but ginger ale in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill.
  2. Add ginger ale when ready to serve, and pour out into wine glasses.

Serve In
