There's something satisfying about a well-made Brandy Punch. This herbaceous version uses brandy, dark rum, and lemon juice for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 50 cl brandy
- 12 cl dark rum
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 20 cl water
- 30 cl dry ginger ale
- 1 sliced orange
- 1 tbsp pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp raspberries
Instructions
- Combine all but ginger ale in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill.
- Add ginger ale when ready to serve, and pour out into wine glasses.
