Light Sangria With Pineapple

The Light Sangria With Pineapple works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — herbaceous flavors and done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bottle ginger ale
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 sour apple
  • 12 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the apple juice.
  2. Add pineapple (you can also add the liquid from the pineapple tin).
  3. Peel and cut the apple.
  4. Mix all the ingredients except the ale and the ice which you add before serving.
