The Light Sangria With Pineapple works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — herbaceous flavors and done in under 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bottle ginger ale
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 sour apple
- 12 ice cubes
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar in the apple juice.
- Add pineapple (you can also add the liquid from the pineapple tin).
- Peel and cut the apple.
- Mix all the ingredients except the ale and the ice which you add before serving.
