A stiff drink featuring botanical gin, the Chinatown blends 1 oz lychee wine, 1 oz gin and 1/3 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy.
Ingredients
- 1 oz lychee wine
- 1 oz gin
- 1/3 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- 1/2 oz pineapple syrup
- 2 stoned lychee
Instructions
- Blend until smooth.
- Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly.
- Serve with straws in a rocks or old-fashioned glass.
